Join us as Erik and I make dinner! We're making Smothered Pork Chops, and they were delicious! Normally, I'd just use two cans of soup and two packets of the onion soup mix....but tonight I was feeding 8 people. I had to make a little extra. At one point in the video, I mentioned that the cast iron skillet was on medium high heat. I wanted you to know that I turned it down to medium when I started cooking. Thank you so much for watching!
