I love sourdough! I make this sourdough pizza dough nearly every week for my family. They love it...especially the BBQ Chicken Pizza. It seems to be everyone's favorite. Sourdough is really easy, but you have to plan ahead. This recipe uses the discard starter that everyone is always trying to use up. I hate throwing anything out, so I love to try to find ways to use the discard. If you'd like for me to do a series on sourdough, please let me know in the comments. I'd be happy to do that!
