In this video today, Nick shares his story on his 100lb weight loss journey. Nick explains how he went from over 280lbs towards the end of high school to 180lbs and leaning up for his bodybuilding competition.
Here is Nicks Story:
Throughout high school, Nick had always participated in sports including football and wrestling. Even though he was a very active teen, he still struggled to control his weight. When Nick was 18/19 he began working with a personal trainer named Brian Antal. As he began working out with Brian multiple times per week, he began to lose pounds and pounds of weight. After working for a couple of months, Nick then decided he wanted to complete the Pittsburgh Half Marathon. Nick successfully did within his goal of two hours. While training for this, Nick dropped down to around 230lbs. The next step of Nick's fitness journey was to step onto the bodybuilding stage in April of 2015. He completed his cut over the next part of the year and stepped on stage at around 180lbs completing his 100lb body transformation. This is good for most people but Nick is different, he wants much more. Since the last show almost a year ago, he has managed to put on pounds solid muscle and is hoping to do better than last year.
