In this video, Braxton and I go over some of the goals we would like to hit over summer. A lot is changing in our lifestyles very shortly as Braxton will be competing in his Natural Bodybuilding Show on April 9th. He has lost a significant amount of weight and is looking forward to kill it in the gym again and get back to gaining some solid muscle. As for myself, I am planning on starting a slow cut to try to get super lean this summer. This diet and cut will start on April 1st and I am planning on following it for 8-12 weeks.
Goals:
Braxton – Short Term
Focus on the competition that is 2 weeks away. He needs to be diligent and pay close attention to detail as the day comes closer. Braxton’s goal is to win the Teenage division and place in the overall.
Braxton – Long Term
Keep focusing on getting bigger and looking forward to the next competition in 1-2 years. He wants to bulk up a little over summer but not much over 12% body fat.
Evan – Short Term
Keep focusing on building as much strength as I can while I am in a caloric surplus. My goal is to hit a 500lb deadlift before I start my cut in a week or so.
Evan – Long Term
Lose body fat and try to get very lean over the summer. I am currently 210lbs, I am trying to cut to 180lbs.
